Morocco, Autumn 2007.
On our trek up Jebel Sirwa in the Anti-Atlas range.
We had been walking up the dry river bed as the storm clouds came in, bringing rain. We got to the village of Akhfame for shelter. About 20 minutes later we heard what we thought was wind but looked outside to see water racing down the mountain, filling up the river bed. I was too late to catch the water front but managed to catch the light as the clouds opened up!
Taken with a Nikon D80, Tokina 12-24mm lens and Velbon Ultraluxi F tripod.
